“The only criticism is the charge for using PayPal which is extortionate and was misrepresented and unclear when I went through the ordering process ... Sadly this would probably prevent me from using this site again... ...which is a great shame as the service, delivery and the products themselves were very good and can't be faulted.”

“Honestly, At first I thought this is too good to be true. Hence I researched around and found a lot of negative reviews. But, there was 50% positive responses. Most of the negative responses were when the customer had to return items. I was really skeptical. There were 2 factors I had to consider 1. I have to take gamble and pray that my item arrives correctly & in good condition. If not I am in trouble. 2. Credit card surcharge I went all the way to pay for it twice and due to amex surcharge of £74.81 I was wanting to see if there was any other website which would tip this price over. However I didn't find any, ILGS were a little cheaper. So praying to god I placed the order. The original shipping was due in five days. I was surprised by when it arrived and how good the product is. It arrived the next day & product was in perfect condition. So, overall I have given 4 stars but not 5 stars for amex surcharge. I think the charge is too much. Maybe if were in a situation where I had to return may be this review will be different but lucky me everything went ok. Thanks to ILGS. Good work.”

“I was a little sceptical due to some of the bad reviews but delivery was very fast, and the price was the cheapest by far even with the ridiculous PayPal/credit card surcharge (credit card was less than PayPal) would use again if need be.”

“Found exactly what I wanted at a cheaper price than anywhere else so went for it. Was a bit sceptical at first as I'd never heard of this site but delivery of my laptop was very fast over a bank holiday weekend. The only thing is that I'd have appreciated a packing note with return details if needed. However I'd use this site again.”

“The item was being tracked, so it was necessary to be in to receive the item. However, on a 7 day window, the client needs to be kept informed of progress of the item in order to be in to receive it. Luckily I was in but there had been no email to warn me.”
