Sent a faulty item with missing parts. Asked for an exchange multiple times and didnt get a response. Requested a refund and a courier turned up without me receiving a reply to the return request to let me know they were coming. Terrible communication.

First of all the product is fine but unfortunately the delivery arrangements were NOT! We were initially expecting our order by the 5th working day which was Monday. No notification by the afternoon, having stayed in to receive it, so we rang up and were told we'd be emailed with a delivery slot. Nothing. Waited in again on Tuesday and again had to ring up in the afternoon to be told that they had tried to deliver it at 3.12 but nobody was in, strange as we had the front door open and one of us was decorating within sight of the door and the other was sitting in the lounge and able to see outside to the road where they would park to deliver! Eventually received a text and email saying that delivery would be during Wednesday and the item did arrive then. They can't expect people to stay in for three days to receive goods especially if people are working!

Very quick to deliver but unbelievably slow to refund when the product was not up to standard. Needless to say I'm reluctant to deal with them again.

Refund was carried out in less than 7 days back, the customer card company declined teh refund transaction as tehre was some issues on the banks system. All efforts were made from the ILGS team to ensure refunds are done promptly. Regards, ILGS

Good service but product faulty. Scanner has a loud bearing vibration type noise straight out of the box.

I ordered on a Sunday with next working day delivery. I got no order conformation (except money drawn from my card). Nothing more happened until I called ilgs on Tuesday. Once they answerred (3 or 4 calls) I got very good service and they dispatched my item the same afternoon.

Goods ordered on Monday at about 1.00pm; still not arrived on Saturday - rather more then the three working days promised. 49p charge (almost 5%) for using a Debit Card when the website states no charge for Debit Cards! I am not happy!

Dear Alistair, Your Parcel was shipped very next day after your order was placed via UPS. UPS Tracking NO: 1Z9FE7346837706111 UPS made 4 attempts to deliver each time no one was there to sign for the parcel, on the 5th attempt the goods were delivered. Regarding the card payment, you had selected Credit Card option which your cart type was, for debit cards there are no surcharges. We make that clear at time of selecting payment method and do all we can to keep things clear and transparent to our customers at all times. From our side we kept you informed via email about the dispatch of goods too to keep you updated. We are sorry you still feel we did not do enough from our side to get the item to you quicker. I placed an order for a PE socket and paid for next day delivery, the item did not arrive next day, (this would have been a Tuesday as i ordered late on Friday and then there was a weekend to allow for, so expected it Tuesday, this didnt happen) so i e mailed you to ask where it was, i got no reply whatsoever, my item did arrive the following day but still no apology or reason why it was late or refund on my next day postage. Don't think i will be buying anything else from here or recommending anyone else does either
