“The energy in this place is amazing! They keep you motivated and teach you how to workout alright!!! It’s an hour workout non-stop, even if you wanted to they wouldn’t let you and in a good way. They check up on you when you do/don’t come to class. The classes are intense and fun at the same time. Best class to get fit”
