“ Like other review's here...false information regarding delivery..some one on-site, however tracking app says 'Shop Closed', has happen 2 weeks in a row.. I believe this is a scam..now to try and get a refund on Tumu app store..for no supply.. ”

THEY SAID THEY ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER UMMM NO THEY DIDNT AS I AM HOME AND NO ONE CAME TO MY FRONT DOOR! SICK OF THIS SCAMMING LYING WORLD FILLED WITH SCAMMERS LIKE THIS! ”

“ Same issue with me as other reviews. I still have not received my products (of high value) and it has passed the so-called 'guaranteed' 7-10 business days delivery. Horrible experience in trying to get co-operation from Gnoce to cancel and refund items. :( ”

“ I'm so devastated...Shein shipped my parcel in 2023 Nov 26 and today its 10 Jan 2024..Shein directed me to them...and they sent me an email that my parcel of 1500 has been destroyed because the link expired ..but I didn't even receive any correspondence from them...so i can pay for customs if i had to...my children didn't have Xmas clothes and they tell me their clothes were destroyed. “ Like everyone else on this review, they claimed to tried to deliver the package but actually lost or stole it and then told me to deal with Ali Express for a refund. Never buy from Ali Express again if such delivery couriers are handling the delivery. ”
