I can’t express enough gratitude to Paradigm Recovery Firm for helping me recover the funds I lost to an online investment scam. For months, I was devastated, not only because of the financial loss but because I felt completely helpless. I reached out to them as a last resort, and to my surprise, they responded with professionalism and genuine concern. Their team walked me through the recovery process, kept me informed at every stage, and within weeks, I began seeing real progress. Not only did they recover my money, but they also helped resolve the lingering withdrawal issues I was battling with. Thank you so much, Paradigm Recovery Firm — you gave me back not just my money, but my peace of mind.

Imperial Motor Company takes in used vehicles, gives them a bath and puts them on the lot without performing any maintenance. You are literally buying the reason why the previous owner got rid of that car in the first place. If you insist on buying a car from this place I would highly recommend that you, make sure that you know exactly what it is that you want and what you are willing to settle for. Take that car that you’re considering to a reputable mechanic. I sure wish I had. I live three hours distance from imperial motor company and the piece of junk they sold me broke down three times on the way home. The sales manager, Brian, wanted me to bring my car to my mechanic and find out all that was wrong. Isn’t that something that should’ve been done before I got behind the wheel in the first place? Breaking down in the middle of I 75 three times, I could’ve been in danger. Not only were warning signals coming on the dash but halfway home the engine light comes on. Don’t get caught up in the excitement of owning a different car because once you sign that piece of paper that says, “As Is” you’re screwed. Save yourself the stress and anxiety and buy your next car from a reputable dealer. These people have set the bar to a new low.

The process was smooth, and I finally felt a sense of closure after days of stress and uncertainty. This experience was a harsh wake-up call about the dangers of trusting online financial platforms. No matter how legitimate a company seems, it’s essential to conduct thorough research before making any investment. I now take extra precautions and encourage others to do the same. If something feels off, act quickly waiting too long can make all the difference in whether or not your funds are recoverable.”

The salesmen and even the owner act nice and helpful until they sell you a lemon with a void manufacturer warranty. While ii issue with the car kicking a little sometimes, the salesmen advised to have the manufacturers to fix it the entire time the warranty was void due the amout sluge in the engine. I found out after months of having the car the entire engine need to be replaced. The act the want help but its just a lie to get you money. Then the owner calls you family after they sold you a 🍋 lemon. They will definitely reap what the sow at Imperial Lemons. Please people don't be fooled by Imperial Lemons, like was and if you take chance with them immediately after purchasing with the first 30 have diagnostic done on the car so you can get your money. They take advantage of knowing no laws to protect the consumer with used cars. Beware!

Avoid!! 3 years into owning a car from them I have had nothing but shocks and surprises. I had floppy brakes within a few months and nearly crashed with my baby in the car I had to argue the warranty. Just had an accident to find that my car had previously had some serious repairs the entire back internal bumper bar was missing!! this is apparently a huge safety issue for me and my young family I am appalled. in addition, They scratched the wheels on delivery and made no effort to make good causing me £90 worth of paint job, and chipped the windscreen in the MOT but wouldn't admit it and I was already committed to the car at that stage which meant I couldn't refuse it. the windscreen repair they had done was poor quality along with all the other repairs that had been obviously bodged on this car that conveniently weren't mentioned in the "full service history

I dealt with Omar, who was extremely helpful and professional. The vehicle had a leaking radiator, which was replaced before I bought the car. I have been very impressed with the service I have received.

Shocking sold a car knowingly is was faulty and unroad worthy. Lied about the servicing and mot length. Unwilling to communicate to rectify issue. Put the reputation of second hand car dealers back 30 years. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole please don't use

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought a car from these scammers, took it to a garage and they couldn’t believe what they was looking at. Rust, rust and more rust. There’s no way it could have passed it MOT. When asking the man where he took to get it mot or serviced we was just told a private garage! Had to return the car twice after purchasing as engine light kept coming on too. Wouldn’t recommend a single person to them. Unless you like poor customer service, dodgy cars and fag smoke blown in your face.

Was sold a Mazda last month for my pregnant wife as our family car and take her to the hospital. The car has issues within days of owning. Told to be use a warranty but engine issues will exceed this amount and should have to used within days of owning. The car was sold with pre-existing conditions. Test have cost be £100 already with errors codes on the engine. A week ago I requested a return and refund, within my rights and was told after sales will be touch, heard nothing. Happy to take your money but it seems, car was sold with issues and aftersales service shows they dont want to do much about it. I would check previous reviews as on inspection some seem to be similar people or 'anonymous'

Awful! I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend them! My car has cost me over 1000GBP in repairs! They say you get a warranty but none of this was covered - leaking fuel pipe, taped together parts. The mechanic couldn't believe what i had spent on my car and the amount of obvious repairs they said it needed. Are these reviews below real? They're very "anonymous" :-)
