This was a gift. Smells nice, jewel okay but candle does not stay lit more than 10 minutes. When it is lit, the wicks only glow a slight orange, there is no flame. Poor quality, given the price

Husband ordered 25th Nov. Orders prior to 15th Dec being guaranteed for Christmas. Still hasn't been despatched as of today 21st Dec. Previous emails were answered with assurance they would be sent. Most recent emails are ignored.

Placed order on the 1st of December. It’s now the 19th and not heard nothing. Tried emailing calling. No help! This is a joke. Very angry and will never order from here again !!

Placed my order on the 29th November 2023 and they still haven't dispatched my order (the date of this now 17th December 2023 and counting). They haven't replied directly to my messages apart from an automated email. They seem happy to take customers money (and the products are expensive) but don't seem to care about their customers.

I've been waiting over two weeks for my order to arrive. I've been sent generic emails saying that they appreciate my patience as they are struggling to get the orders processed due to supply and demand issues . Very disappointed.

My first time ordering with them. They had a pop up appear on their website once I had added items to my cart that I could get a free bath bomb and so I added this to my cart. They were also advertising a 10% discount code for first orders which I added at checkout. I checked out and my order confirmation shows the free bath bomb was included in my order. They then did not send me the bath bomb and when I queried this they said it was because I used a discount code. If a discount code can not be used with the free bath bomb then in my mind, I would not have been able to check out like in every other online store I have ever used. But I could and they just omitted it from order with no communication until I queried it. They are now not replying to my emails so the customer service is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Very upset as a new customer and can assure you I won't be using them again. PS the wax melts I ordered have absolutely ZERO smell when burning so don't waste your money

I placed an order on the 19th July for £125. I never received my order. Contact them and got an reply of this It looks like there may have been a problem with the order. My colleague advised though that this should be delivered to you early next week. The order still didn't arrive. Contact them again they said they have cancelled the order. Asked me if I would like to go ahead with the order I need to send them an email address which I did said I would receive a payment request with in 48h and again I did not. Contact again and this time they told me that they are sorry that this couldn't be rectified.

Delivery date stated 2-5 working days. It’s been two weeks. Still no delivery. Chased up twice and nothing. Can’t yet comment on quality as still not here but hoping it makes up for poor service so far.

My daughter bought mine for a big birthday. Candle was nice but no jewel in mine just a piece of foil. Very disappointed and no offer of a replacement only 10% off next order. The wording of a jewel in every candle false advertising. Won’t be buying again.

Appalling customer service. Website advises 2-4 days for dispatch, I ordered two weeks ago, and it's still not been dispatched. Have emailed twice and customer service incredibly unhelpful. They deny their dispatch estimates and give the excuse that they have more orders than they can dispatch in a timely manner. I think that it's pretty careless and greedy for them to accept too many orders and compromise on customer experience as a result. They should limit orders if they can't process them quickly. Can't comment on the products, since at this rate I doubt I'll ever see them.

Ordered presents for my wife which haven't arrived, imperial candles do not respond to emails or messages. Very poor customer service!! Will be seeking my money back. Feel cheated

Beautifully scented candle. Very pleasantly surprised with the 2 lovely pieces of sterling silver jewellery. A beautiful blue zircon ring flanked with white zircon stones on each arm of the ring. The stone are of decent quality. Also a lovely pair of sterling silver earrings with tiny (I assume white zircon or white topaz) stones. Will buy another for Christmas. Certainly good value. I would definately recommend. Very pleased.

I'm very happy with my candle love the ring I received in fact I've ordered another 2 one has 2 pieces of jewellery in it my ring was valued at £40 overall excellent service

I received one from my brother and his girlfriend. And when I got to the jewellery which was a neckless I went to put it on and it broke straight away so didn’t even wear it. The item says 750 silver but very thin and poor quality. Didn’t tell them it had broken as I didn’t want to upset them.

Sadly I'm very disappointed. Contacted customer service regarding reaction to earrings. Advised this could be due to rhodium plating and apology given. Unfortunately I can not see anywhere advising the sterling silver jewellery had a rhodium plating. £38 for candle and postage and a pair of unusable earrings. Not prone to reaction or sensitivity, therefore wouldn't purchase your products again, nor recommend your products.

Update from my previous review.... We have been sent a replacement candle for the santa baby that wouldn't burn after first burn.... I thank you imperial candles for doing this... Good company service..... I have put the candle away till nxt Xmas

Received 2 candles for Christmas from my partner I was so excited as I've wanted one of these for ages.... So disappointed!!!.... The first one santa baby didn't really give off much scent... The piece of jewellery was very near the top so didn't have to wait long to retrieve it... It was a ring and nice enough but not at all like the reviews and pictures of one's I'd seen before on the imperial site... Then I had trouble lighting the candle the next day as the wicks wouldn't stay lit!!... It was only a quarter down so was very frustrated... My partner emailed the company and was asked to supply pictures which we did but not heard back from them as yet.... I decided yesterday to light the other candle.. Winter fairy... The smell was a lot more fragrant than the previous one (hence the two star review)... It burned well.... I rectrieved the jewellery... A pair of earrings that I can only describe as cheap tat!!!!... So disappointed... Both these items on the code given values them at £30... Absolutely no way... There supposed to be silver but no stamp... Extremely disappointed... But I wanted to try them so at least it's done now... If you buy... Be aware not to be to excited!!!!!!.... I will definitely tell friends or family not to waste their money!!!! Not cheap... But cheap tat

Children bought me vouchers for mothers day ..spent on strawberry rhubarb candle and coco mango wax melts No scent from candle ...wax melts smell like bad feet And u can only return to get same scent as had problem last yearwith candle with noscent Very disapointed ..again
