Had our first boiler service on Monday. He turned up on time, was efficient friendly and polite. We did have a bit of a problem booking his visit though.

I have just had my new boiler installed by this company. The engineer was brilliant. I rang ImprasGas to take out the 10 year Boiler service. I didnt realise that the number you call 03330090090 is not a free phone number I was charged £7.99 for making this call on my landline. Any one else had this problem and do you have an alternative number that wont charge you for calling.? I messaged the Rep and also sent them an email.

Had a boiler installation in 2018 completed by Ruben, did a great job. Has recently serviced the boiler too. Very happy with the service as a whole

Great service from start to end David proctor done excellent job ImpraGas gave us very good quotation and we were very happy with price and 10 year service plan no hakuna matata peace of mind there sevices very good very friendly and helpful great job they done with no time west. Damji Solanki
