You installed complete new heating/boiler system for me in 2019...I was very impressed by your fitters...they did job in one day..new pipes,the whole system and have had no problems with it....due to Covid you were not sending engineers out for annual service...understandably..BUT I feel it is now reasonable to ask for a service now...please contact me regarding this ASAP.

I got new boiler and paid for 10 year service warranty. No service was arranged and when contacted no access. Arranged inspection for service and engineer found bolier was not installed properly as very wobbly on the wall and thus risk of fall and thus dangerous. PLEASE ADVISE HOW WE CAN CONTACT IMPRAGAS OR GET MONEY BACK PAID FOR 10 YEAR SERVICE. Thanks,

I have a boiler installed by ImpraGas, and took out the option to get it serviced for 10 years, i cannot get hold of them to do the due service - please help i am an old age pensioner and cant afford to pay again -please help

I have emailed the office twice regarding setting up my central heating times etc. The leaflet left with us, we do not understand. We have heard nothing from the company and have tried ringing the salesman Andy Henman but he is not answering his phone. We need to set the system up, please can someone help. Looking at the reviews, I am not sure we have chosen a very reliable firm. Please contact us and prove me wrong.

Dear Mr Lambourne We are rated excellent on Trustpilot out of nearly 1000 installations reviews. 5 star customer service is what we aim for first time every time. We don't ask for reviews on this website because we don't rate them so apologies if it gives the impression we aren't doing a good job. This couldn't be further from the truth as other more trusted review sites show. We have just been awarded National Boiler Installation Company of the Year. We don't always get it right but when this happens we work with our customers to get matters resolved as soon as possible. Part of the problem with this review site is that we don't know who the customers are and can't support them - neither do we know if they are verified reviews. Please be rest assured we have 1000s of very happy customers. I don't know if your issue has been resolved yet but I have asked a member of the customer services team to contact you to make sure everything is ok with your installation. II am contiplating cancelling my order with Impra gas it is within the 2 weeks cooling off period . How do I do this as you have two different addresses . One on my order & a different one on the net.
