“Decided to buy an iMac m3 from gadget express On Amazon They have an eBay account as well But I bought from Amazon in good faith it turned out one day late and then on top of that opening the box there was no lightning cables no Apple mouse no Apple keyboard that it says on the Amazon ad all comes with the product. They did put a keyboard in there and a mouse but it was a £30 keyboard and mouse that used a USB that Use the USB And the keyboard has no cable To plug-in Even though it clearly states on the Amazon ad that you get colour coordinated Apple mouse and Apple Lightning cables, everything that you would get if you bought a brand-new one So how can I even trust this company that they’ve even refurbished it properly? On multiple calls to the home number, there’s not a business number is a home number And one call to the shop where I got through Where the guy said he had nothing to do with him Made complaints on Amazon, which have not been repaired Reply to yet So if I was you and you’re thinking about buying from gadgets express really think again and you can see in reviews they’re all bad But never mind, I will get a refund from From Amazon”
“Laptop was described by Express Gadgets as excellent condition, on the contrary it was in appalling condition, it was covered in dust deep into the keyboard, LED fault on screen as well as having a smeared screen. I took the lid off and found it was covered in what looked like hundreds of cat hairs. This company should NOT be allowed to sell it's refurbished products on Amazon, it's a disgrace!”
“Express Gadgets are the worst sellers i have ever had to deal with! Still waiting for my refund. Bought a laptop with an “excellent condition” with was far away from it! Laptop came dirty, on someones account, and damaged. The software did not work. Battery was down in an hour! Sent it back and no answers from them! Put a file on them to get my money back. “Hi Team, I placed and order on 19th February, 2022 and from (GoGroopie) and by standard, the item should have gotten to me by now, but for some reasons, I have not received the powerbank I ordered. I don't know why the delay and how come no one is communicating with me.
I am yet to receive my order that was promised that I will receive in 1-3 working days, and it been months now. Please can someone explain to me why no one is communicating with me? Not a word from the vendor (impressgadgets.co.uk) whom I even paid an extra delivery fee to them

“Don't order from this SCAM website, www.impressgadgets.co.uk they take your money but don't deliver.
On the 16/10/2021 I ordered 2 x Braun Advance Oral-B Battery-Powered Toothbrushes with 40 x Heads. £26.98 inc. P&P These were ordered thru www.discountexperts.com. 35days later still no delivery. They gave me a false Tracking N/o for an alleged delivery company. during the last 35days I have on numerous occasions contacted both companies receiving no help only lies & excuses. On the Monday 15/11/2021 I received a phone call from Impress Gadgets.co.uk (Name MARK ???) I believe that they made a mistake believing that I was a new customer to Scam, I asked why my order had not been delivered, got the usual apologies with a promise that they would despatch by Royal Mail 1st Class. Friday 19/11/2021 5days later still no delivery.
MY ADVICE TO ALL, DON'T TRUST :- IMPRESS GADGETS or DISCOUNT EXPERTS. UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO BURN, THEY TAKE IT BUT DON'T DELIVER. They do use other names, Impress Gadgets use Terrain Enterprises & Discount Experts use Mighty Deals.”
“DO NOT ORDER ANY ITEMS FROM :- Express Gadgets /Terrain Enterprises of Batley or Dewsbury West Yorkshire on the Discount Experts website, They are based in Cwmbran Wales.
On the 16/10/2021 I ordered 2 x Braun Oral-B Battery-Powered Toothbrushes with 40 x Brush Heads &19.99 + £6.99 P&P Total £26.98. Discount Experts drew the payment from my bank account 19/10/2021. It is now 38 days after my order was placed, I'm still awaiting delivery. I've contacted both organisations on numerous occasions, all I receive are false promises & lies. My latest contact was from Express Gadgets /Terrain Enterprises on 15/11/2021 again full of apologies & excuses, they said that they would immediately post the order by Royal Mail 1st Class, 4 days later & NO DELIVERY.
That was their last chance, I'm now in the process of contacting Trading Standards & Citizens Advise Legal Assistance Department. IT IS NOW A MATER OF PRINCIPAL. Unless you want to lose money don't order from any items from Impress Gadgets direct or thru Discount Experts”

I placed an ordered with Discount Experts for 2 x Braun Advance Oral-B Battery-Powered Toothbrushes with 40 x Brush Heads £19.99 + £6.99 p&p on the 16/10/2021 they then pass the order onto a merchant Express Gadgets Ltd of Batley West Yorkshire.
33 days later I’m still waiting for delivery of my order. I have contacted both companies on numerus occasions, all I receive are bottomless apologies & future delivery promises.
They all appear to be in one setup Mighty Deals / Discount Experts, the merchant is Impress Gadgets / Terrain Enterprises.
They even supplied a scam order tracking number for the Whistl deliveries company who they claim to use.
Mighty Deals / Discount Experts have no contact telephone only an on-line form or a PO BOX address in Cwmbran, NP44 9DH, Wales.
They have recently placed a new BLACK FRIDAY advertisement selling the same toothbrush deal, very profitable for them.
PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE, DON’T DEAL ANY OF THESE COMPANIES”
