Your dispatch sent my order to thd Blilling Address and not my Order Address. I have been without my order for nearly one month - yes work away from home and I dont live at my billing address for long periods. It is very frustrating ascI was depending on its arrival fir my health and wellbeing.

It's Thursday 12th October and I've just opened my pack of imuni vegan complete to find they expire in a month and a half. Which basically makes them a complete waste of money. I would never recommend anyone bother spending their money here if they're only going to be sent soon to expire rubbish anyway. The same has happened with the immune defence tablets I've been sent too. It's very disappointing, especially as I'm on the disability pension and don't have a ton of money to throw around. I'm learning very quickly atm that shopping online is a waste of time and money and leads to a lot of disappointment.

I can't do a review as I have not received my capsules. The bottle arrived broken. I sent an email on the same day with photos. I received a reply to say they would send a replacement straight away. It has now being 16 days since that email and I am still waiting for the replacement. I have sent another email today. So your customer support needs a lot more attention and follow up.

Hi Chris, we’re so sorry that your experience did not match your expectations. We do appreciate you taking the time to write to us. We can see you signed up for a monthly subscription in February and have received your order each month for the past four months. We would have liked to have resolved the issue in March when you received your second order however, we can confirm your subscription was successfully canceled on 5 May 2022.
Have been asked for a review but my order hasn’t yet arrived.
