“Awful service left standing freezing cold for 30 minutes waiting to be picked up. Rang them back and was basically told it was my own fault as I didn’t say pick up 1 or 2 when I didn’t even know there was a pick up 2 as nothing was explained on arrival at the carpark Also paying the £10 extra makes it no cheaper than parking closer to the airport. Will definitely not be using again”
