I would dare say if it almost the worst among the many survey sites I use, only being better than the ones that abruptly just terminate one's membership (so as to avoid paying).

I do not think they even deserve a star. Signed up in January managed to earn £20 end of January and £20 end of February after so many hours filling pointless surveys. I managed to earn another £20 which was due to be paid this Wednesday and On Saturday I won £5 on the spin game which put my current balance to £6.52. Today I wanted to log on to the site but I was greeted by a message stating I have violated rules either by using a VPN or a bot which I know for sure I did not. Contacted their customer service and a Juan first told me no account was associated with my email and then said he will escalate it further and I should be contacted in 24-48 hours. 2 minutes later got any email from Jenny customer service stating that the account was flagged for breaching rules and has been closed and all the money earned has been forfeited and I should refer to their terms and conditions. There was nothing else I could do just closed without proving what I have done and forfeiting all the money earned. I could have done something worthwhile with my time. I would say it’s not worth your time spending 20-30 minutes on a survey to get 20-25 pence then after accumulating £20 you are told some bull.... about violating rules and then you can’t challenge that. Stay away from these greedy bas.....”
