“I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
At this point, I am decidedly unhappy. Placed an order in early December and paid for Express delivery, so should have received in a couple of days. But nothing. I got an email saying it was being processed with an Amazon Shipping tracking number but that just say the order is delayed. I have emailed them about 5 times and not had a single response.
I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.”
“AVOID - Attempted delivery twice and it never happens. Very quick to take money but the item never appears. Iβve requested a full refund or Iβll be contacting my bank. This seems awfully fishy - maybe a scam.”
“Has to be one star. Ordered from the November black Friday deal, hoping for a Christmas delivery - never came. Chased multiple times via their web chat/email address but no product and no refund, it's now April. Had a few responses but nothing has happened. Very poor.”
“Ordered and paid for extra for next day delivery. It didn't arrive. I emailed chasing and recieved a rude response saying as stated when the order was placed it said it would be another day as I ordered on The weekend. I went through it all and nothing said this, I even sent a video of me placing an order but this did not come up.
Still no delivery, I asked for a refund and I've been told its on its way. Its now 2 weeks later. Absolute scammers”
“Like a few other reviewers, I also had a delayed delivery, however, using the chat feature on the website elicited a prompt reply and I received my delivery the very next day.
The product itself is fantastic, and would happily purchase from Incense Haven again.”
“So I order item over 2 weeks ago..... and paid extra for next day delivery sent an email on 15th requesting whereabouts of item... didnt hear back and today the 28th I send another email from there website and within a few hours I get a confirmation of dispatch...... NO apology email no offer refund of postage as 16 odd days doenst really count as next day delivery i paid for ... Great way to run a business π”
“Having bought some cones previously from a large online fulfilment centre that smelt like burnt cardboard looked for a company that sold a better product.
What a mistake I made.....
Took an age to arrive.
Far more expensive and far less.
Still smelt like burnt cardboard.
Going back to insense sticks, cones are a waste of money.
Shame on you Insense heaven for making out your product is any better.

“This Company is awful. They promised next day delivery and then kept changing the delivery date until 3 days later by which time it was too late for the birthday present I needed. I thought I may keep it myself but it was not good quality and the cones would not balance in the space so potentially a fire hazard. I emailed them regarding a refund and they took days to reply and said NO. I have been emailing them for the last 3 weeks and still they ignore me. Do not buy from this Company .”
“The product itself is maybe good. My problem is with the seller. They accept returns within 14 days and that is only if: (i) The product was delivered damaged, (ii) An incorrect product was delivered, (iii) The product is defective. What happens if there is other reason? The person who received has asthma and doesn't want to use it. Therefore unwanted Christmas present. Why not take it back? They never replied to my email. I would never buy from them again.”
