I ordered a tv online, completed payment and recieved an email confirmation. They emailed me to update my account name and surname to match the id picture for the tv licence which i did just for them to email me again saying the product is out of stock. Now a refund takes 7 to 14 days

they never had the stock and am approaching two weeks without a refund - that's the same as theft
took my money when they never had the product in stock and then my refund is tied up in red tape

Ordered a iPad online, on the 2nd April with 2-5 days shipping. It is now the 14th April and although the tracking says shipped, the call center says it is still with the warehouse. And even if I want to cancel the order and go in-store to buy it, I am told I have to wait 14 days for my refund. This was supposed to be a present for an 80 year old lady to connect with her overseas family.

I will not be ordering online from this store again!
I've been told for three days running that my parcel "is out for delivery today" and still nothing... its day 4! I've cancelled my order and still no one has contacted me regarding a refund. Just shocking!
