Worst customer service. I did in a in-store refund the 5th December at Incredible connections East Gate When I follow up they refer me to head office. Head office tells me they haven't recieved the documents from the store the store then says no they have sent them. It's over a month of up and down, and still no solution.

I ordered a tv online, completed payment and recieved an email confirmation. They emailed me to update my account name and surname to match the id picture for the tv licence which i did just for them to email me again saying the product is out of stock. Now a refund takes 7 to 14 days

They delayed my delivery and are don’t want to give me a refund. It’s been 10 business days since I placed the order and they are promising a 2-5 days on their website.

Our company bought over 120 laptops from the Clearwater store sometimes last year in September, we overpaid and there was a refund due to us and to this day we are battling to get our refund.

I requested an immediate refund as a result and as a result delivery was made on 11 December 2023.

i paid in good faith for a garmin watch they never had the stock and am approaching two weeks without a refund - that's the same as theft took my money when they never had the product in stock and then my refund is tied up in red tape your online reviews tell it all! SHOCKING

Ordered a iPad online, on the 2nd April with 2-5 days shipping. It is now the 14th April and although the tracking says shipped, the call center says it is still with the warehouse. And even if I want to cancel the order and go in-store to buy it, I am told I have to wait 14 days for my refund. This was supposed to be a present for an 80 year old lady to connect with her overseas family.
