“I ordered a single stud earring and it was so small you can barely see it. I wanted to return it and they not only wanted to charge me another shipping fee but they also wanted to charge me a restocking fee! A restocking fee for a single stud earring?!! Absolutely ridiculous! I would not recommend this company and will not be purchasing from them again”

“I really like my Indiecords earrings! The only thing I wish the flatback posts came in shorter sizes (like 6mm), I have really thin ears, so they dangle just a little bit. But they're great quality and they shipped quickly. I'll be buying more for me and my daughters!”

“I absolutely love the earrings I got! I got three flat back earrings and I put them in the day I got them and haven’t taken them out (it’s been like three weeks now)! They’re perfect for my helix and forward helix. They were easy to put in and they’re super comfortable. They have not loosened at all. The shipping was super quick and I was super satisfied with the whole process! I’m already picking out more earrings!”

“I was very excited to find Indiecords since I’m always on the hunt for jewelry that doesn’t tarnish and can handle everyday wear. I’ve now received 1 subscription box which I enjoyed, as well as a pair of flat backs I’ve been super impressed with (so comfy!! And way easier to put on than I expected) and a bracelet from the summer collection. I did notice the hoops that came with the watermelon earrings in the subscription box were a little delicate, it seems the hinge is fairly loose and they don’t snap very securely but so far I’ve had no issues with them falling open, so pretty minor observation. I was pretty disappointed that the bracelet chain snapped after only a couple days of light wear. Sadly it was the actual bracelet and not just the extender chain so it’s not salvageable or wearable. Hopefully that was just a defect since otherwise the jewelry I’ve received has seemed to be decent quality.”
