“Awful company to deal with from start to finish, all the promises of reduced bills and building a relationship with their customers to utilize their portfolio of energy options. No updates from Inenco over 6 months, have to keep chasing for electricity and then gas quotes, with no actually planning in place.
They didn't inform me when my account manager left the company, no longer receiving calls (these were rare occasions anyway) or service from them. BEWARE when they sign you onto exclusive contracts and you CANNOT shop around, they will have complete control of your energy spend for 3 years or more then. You have been warned!!!!!”
