“Placed order, received email that goods were being prepped for delivery. Received email 5 days later to say they had no stock and were cancelling order. In this day and age that’s not acceptable. Retailers have sophisticated ordering and stock systems which prevent this from happening at point of order or at least within a day. Not these guys. Looking at other reviews of this company correlate that they are poor.”
