“Staff rude unhelpful and just really awkward found this on a number or occasions when you trying to return faulty goods ! Rude and unreasonable and just don’t want to give you your money back or exchange or anything at all !!!! Won’t be returning and will be getting in touch with ariat and trading standards ! The place is a disgrace”
“After a recommendation to visit this store I finally decided to go and see for myself, thus the problems started on arrival!
I was driven by my elder daughter as it’s 1 hour away from my house and in tow my younger daughter whom is 12!!
We all live in same house but she wanted dog side and Myself plus younger one wanted horse and rider but was told told only 2 from same family in at a time... so older one banished to the car!!
Might I add that it was 9am not a soul was in the car park nor the shop plus elder one hates shopping she would have been out in 5 minutes
The staff where exceptionally stand offish, unhelpful and just plain rude, even when asked if they had an item in stock!!”
