Their skills and knowledge of the various types of loans and what those inspectors check for are why I keep coming back to them! Also, even though they finished earlier on one home inspection, a) they tried calling me to let me know they were finishing up earlier than expected, b) since it was still within the timeframe of the appointment they waited the 15 to 20 minutes it took for me to get to the location, and c) they still provided feedback, and answered questions.
