“Lovely products- shame about the staff- young, ( nothing wrong with that) but somewhat arrogant, unsmiling and not v friendly. Did not feel v welcoming and wouldn’t want to go back.”
“Awful, rude customer service staff including the managers at the Oxford Street London & the Stratford Westfield stores. Disjointed from the UK/Ireland website and the staff are so unhelpful, rude, offer extremely bad customer service that completely puts you off the brand. They don’t speak any English either and have no idea how to behave customers and have no knowledge, manners or courtesy.”
