“I use your online delivery services every 6/8 weeks. I find your prices very competitive. The website is user friendly(especially since recent updates). Service and delivery is fast & efficient. I wanted to thank you for my recent "free gift".... an 8ml (0.27 floz) of Bioderm shower gel!! What a wonderful expression of gratitude for my continued loyalty. 🤣 Indeed, more of a joke. I have spent into the thousands over the years and this is how much my custom is worth to you? I am fully aware from experience the amount of free merchandise/samples that stores receive- this "gesture" is more insulting that rewarding. You might consider, in the future, the fact that small tokens of appreciation can go along way. (I am aware of the rewards scheme you run but my orders do not always fall under that bracket.)”
