I expected clear guidance from the publisher regarding the available options and the implications for editing, formatting.
More importantly, the publisher should have clearly informed me at the outset about the type and level of editing and formatting included in the package.
This information is essential for a customer to understand exactly what services they are paying for and what quality of work they can expect.
Unfortunately, I am not at all satisfied with the service provided.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend InkVision Press Publications to any of my colleagues or professional contacts.
