“Dear Stephanie, Thank you so much for contacting me, I do not have good news for the InkTonerStore. All cartridges work fine except the magenta cartridge, see the attached pictures. I hope to receive a replacement magenta cartridge ASAP. The other orders I receive on time, with no problems. Thank you, Stefan Lewandowski 847-345-0414”
