“This is worse than the cell service that I had in rural Alaska. Dropped calls one after the other, no cell service hours at a time, one time for a half a day, another, overnight. I would say that I have no service 50% or more of the time. Just tried to activate a bank card twice. Dropped both calls and then there has been no service for the last two hours as I write this. Upset? I guess you could say so. Went to the Inland cellular today and talked to the local rep. and advised her of the problems I've encountered and she asked "What do you want me to do about it?" DUH! She told me that she had the same problem with her Inland cellular phone. That's it for me, bye, bye, Inland cellular.”
“The phone never works I'm sitting at work in lewiston id orchards my phone reads emergency calls only. The company tell me there is nothing wrong with your phone though Im not getting my calls while I'm in town. The phone towers are still not working though my other phone was just fine.”
“I have service in Cottonwood Idaho and have a prepaid account. Upon activation of service; I tried to use automatic payment. However I found that didn't work, because the employees in the Grangeville office; didn't take my money out. So now we get to the issue: I have been UNABLE to get ahold of ANY inland cellular office. I'm told my account has been suspended and when the robot switches me to another number; they always hang up! Last month I searched for an employee to text online about my problem and I explained and complained. This month I get the same message: my account has been suspended and I can't even pay my bill. Well....if my account has been suspended; then how in the hell did I receive calls last month after searching all month for a way to pay you people??? Worst employee service EVER and I will be 67 next month. Fix this!!!!!”
