I honestly could not have picked better Funeral directors for my little sister. Megan was amazing, I would call her and email so many times, she always responded , I realise she had other clients but I wouldn't have known it, Megan was so calm and helpful, Megan even spoke to my family when they were buying flowers. It was like Megan was holding my hand throughout the build up to the funeral. My sister had such a beautiful service , from the hearse coming in, the conductor walking with the cane, which I didn't expect. The conductor was so calm and lovely. the flowers we ordered from their florist were first class, the pall bearers were respectful and took their cue from the conductor. Bob the Celebrant was also amazing Well done everyone at In Memory of life , can't thank you enough”

Which was a breath of fresh air compared to the very regimented contact I had, had when contacting other funeral directors. Harriet made the whole process easy, from the quote to the actual day. Ironing out all the process’s even ringing me to say that she is actually going on annual leave and Megan was going to be taking over but she was still contactable even on a weekend!
