After the tenancy ended sandy tried to get our full deposit back for damage and cleaning expsenses by making up false information and an inventory steer clear of these scammers”

From the fixtures to misaligned doors and cupboards. Properties are filthy and the agents have no regards to maintain them to a satisfactory standard.”
“Really disappointed in the state of some of the properties that Innovate Estate Agents are letting out. I went to a couple of their property viewings and discovered the properties were in extremely poor condition for the price they are being let at (£650 and £675 per month). To begin with, there was damp and mold everywhere, the kitchen cupboards were misaligned and missing a handle here and there, the floors in all rooms were filthy, the bathroom toilets were dirty (as were the bath tubs), and the conservatory in one property had mold growing all over the roof and windows, I've no doubt it lets in rainwater too.
This tells me the landlords are vile and lazy with complete disregard for tenants' welfare, they just want to pocket the money without even thinking of maintaining their properties. They see tenants as worthless.
For Innovate Estate Agents to let these landlords hide behind them as they work to bring in tenants on the landlord's behalf, shows a complete lack of respect from this agency. It is insulting for their staff to present these properties with broad smiles on their faces, when they know how awful the properties are, and it shows that they too are only in the business for profits.”
