“I bought Inositol to balance the level of sugar in my blood. Still early to determine if the Inositol is the right product for me however, I haven't gotten any side effects at this stage. I'm trying different options as to when to drink it and portions. At the moment, I'm having two scoops in the morning before breakfast and at night after dinner. I'm not a health practitioner but I understand that Inositol on its own cannot address all your health issue but the compound effect of a healthy diet, exercise regime and wellbeing so working on all the above.”

Thanks for the review. The scoop is 2g so taking 2x2 in the morning and 2x2 at night is double the recommended dose of 4g per day. Best to just take 1 scoop in morning and 1 in the evening. See details on the packet.
