“I ordered 2 pairs of Extra Wide air-cooled memory foam insoles. I received regular width fit. I contacted the supplier and there response was next time I order they'll send an extra pair for my inconvenience. That's not a fix for sending the incorrect item the 1st time. What am I supposed to do with the 2 incorrect pairs and how about the the money I am out??”
