“Great if everthing goes to plan!
We have booked with Broadway travel and Inspired luxury Escapes a number of times and had good holidays. This time however when I went to check in for my flights the outward bound flight was cancelled so I was relieved to find there was another flight that day we could transfer to. I rang customer services but was told they had to email a different department who would get back to me in 24 hours. As I watched the flights disapear nobody got back to me within 24 hours so I rang customer services again. Eventually someone did return an email telling me the flight was cancelled and gave me some options. By now the flights for the previous day had all gone so I agreed to cut short the holiday by two days so that we could still go. I replied saying that would be ok but it was now Friday. On Monday someone emailed me to inform me that the flights were no longer available and a further day would need to be taken off the holiday. A t this point we decided we would have to accept the option of cancelling the holiday. Despiite further emails we have had no replies and needless to say we have not recieved the compensation due according to their own terms and conditions. Good if everything goes to plan but if it doesn't you are on your own!”
“Advert included airport transfer as part of price, holiday booked on this basis. Not honoured by Inspired Luxury Escapes who were unhelpful and said it was up to their suppliers (I.e. not interested). The issue is false and misleading advertising. Not very ethical.”
