“Quality is low. Sizes are misleading. Customer service is difficult - nice, but not responsive probably because they are trained not to be. I paid over $160 for TWO bathrobes for my husband. He has worn a size large for 75 years. This size large is not as large as a normal american male wears. The website states there is a return period. But further down it states ' No returns'. If that had been visible or noticeable I would NEVER have ordered from this company.”
