“Try to pay for this order with venmo. While it looked like venmo took the amount , I could not get back to the order page, and the mone did not come out of my venmo account. Called and left the message For customer service to call me back And they never got back to me about it. Wound up paying by CC, will see how easy it is to download after this As I need to answer this before I can get back to my account.Not a good way to take a survey.”

“Website checkout has problems on fisrt address line.. Won't allow you to proceed unless you enter city, etc on same lin. Then forces you select from drop down country, state and zip. More problems before it finally worked.”

“1) Quality marketing should show a video or a diagram giving instructions as to how to put the chair together. It does not. 2) As the wait to speak with customer service was over 30 minutes the computer finallyoffered a receive back call.. 3) The call back l was made at 10PM coming from Florida (EST)to a NYC (EST) location 4)The platform operator but the simplest question. It wknew too little to answer legitamate questions and so was trained to advise the customer to e-mail the manufacturer with quesitons. Notew: There is NO customer service phone number made available and responses could take up to 48 hours. 5) How often does a chat (computer understand a specific questions? Rarely if ever. 6) The above not withstanding I had placed an order and will write a further review should there prove to be an untenable problem.”
