“I bought something and the site asked me to create an account so I did. Then, the site had no idea what I ordered and who I was. Customer service told me I had to do an account before I bought something. Boy, that would have been nice to know before I purchased something. This has been the worst purchase experience. Not happy.”

“I purchased 1 plan for a 16x20 pavillion. As soon as payment was received, the system failed. I have no access to the plan and it tells me to contact support. When reaching out to the live chat support, they advised they were not able to process my request.”
