“I will be the first to admit I was skeptical about buying this game due to the great price. I play The SIMS 4 on my PC through the EA app. When I bought the game code, I put it in the EA app, and the download popped up, and I downloaded the game. But the game itself did not show in my managed library part on the app; the world showed up in my SIMS game as bought, and I would hover over the world icon in the game, and it would tell me it was not downloaded and that I needed to restart the SIMS and download the game, I did that and did not work. I reached out, and their technical team was very helpful and informed me it was an EA issue, but I honestly decided that I was going to let the issue go and not contact EA because I bought the game on a whim to play it once I was done with school to play during my winter break, and I did not have time to go back and forth for a couple of dollars, and that I lost the money, lesson learned...BUT THEN, a day later, when I opened my EA app just to give it one more try, I saw that the game was in the library and ready to download!!! I downloaded it, and it works great. I even bought another one and waited a day; it works great! Will definitely buy from here again. Great customer service!”
