“WARNING SCAM SITE. Bought game. Got key. Duplicate. Please write to steam support and send screen etc… OK. Gave them screen from steam support, and they told me thats their fault. They gave me another key. ANOTHER DUPLICATE KEY!!!. Send screens from your library, etc… WTF…. OK gave those screens to them. And guess what ?!? “Kreminelles Verhalten. Weigern sich trotz Stornierung einer Vorbestellung das Geld zurück zu Zahlen.
Ich habe 2 mal Forza Horizon 5 Vorbestellt und jetzt beide Bestellungen im Shop storniert. Einige Minuten später bemerkte ich, dass ich nur eine von beiden Zahlungen per Pay Pal zurück bekommen habe. Der Grund war offensichtlich, dass ich den vorausgewählten Haken bei "Refund to my IG Wallet" nicht entfernt habe. Nachdem ich das bemerkt hatte, habe ich mich sofort an den Support gewendet. Dieser weigert sich jedoch beharrlich mir das Geld zurück zu erstatten. Widerrufsrecht interessiert den Support nicht. Eine Felede Reglung in den AGB auch nicht.
Das ist absolut betrügerisches Verhalten! Meine eindeutige Willenserklärung interessiert den Support nicht. Die einzige Antwort die immer wieder kommt ist IG Wallet Guthaben kann nicht erstattet werden.
