“I ended up going with the 10x10, backdrop, and table package. I was a little concerned as I had a gradient going through all of the elements and having worked doing print in the past I knew it was dangerous. The print turned out amazing! The colors were vivid. There was no banding or stripes on the gradient. I couldn't be happier! On top of that, the build quality is excellent and I know it will hold up well for a long time to come. Not the best pic, but this was when we first pulled it out to check it before our first show. It looks a lot better in person haha!”

“This tent has made a HUGE impact on the attention we are getting for sure. The colors are fantastic, I do wish there were options for the order windows as far as size or placement, but I understand why it is the way it is. For our set up they are slightly inconvenient. Our order had a tight timeline and the person overseeing this order did everything possible to get our tent to us on time. Not super thrilled with the bags we purchased as they are awkward to put the tent into and seemed to tear very easily as one was ripped after its first use. Customer service said they believe it was because we may have placed it somewhere that something must have punctured it. Not the case but I can understand why they believe that. The frame is very stiff and not exactly easy to pop up if you are not real strong. and NOT a single person job for the 20 foot tent. But none of it feels week or cheap in any way. overall, we are super happy with this tent and very glad to have it. We will see soon enough how it handles being out in the rain. Fall is a wet period here in Washington State.”

“Great experience! Instent was top notch. From helping me figure out what we wanted to order/ discussing options/ and responding to our requests the communication was excellent. After order placement it turned out we needed it quicker than what I thought. After expressing my needs Instent moved order up and got it shipped very quickly. Tent and frame are good quality. Very satisfied!”

“We purchased a 10x10 tent with four walls for our daughter's high school track team, along with a wheeled carry bag. The INSTENT team was excellent to work with, and very patient as we came to understand the and select from among the myriad of options! Our only point of contention would be regarding quality of the wheeled bag. Upon arrival a number of the washers securing the bag feet were loose within the bag; and after just a few track meets I could see wearing of the material from the tent feet. However, again the INSTENT team was excellent to work with, and quickly shipped a replacement bag.”

“The tent was printed as I wanted it, however, multiple screws were missing from the tent base(the tent base itself got damaged(bent and scratched off paint) as a result from no screws being there) on arrival which was a hassle to get screws. In addition, the tent cover was ripped on arrival and the materials for the tent cover are not durable as the tent cover(replacement for the first one) has ripped again.”
