“I found Insure Your Motor through the Money Supermarket comparison site and I got a call within about 15 minutes of submitting my details into the website. The gentleman I spoke to was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient dealing with my policy. He even called me straight back after we got cut off. All the documents came through to me straight away and the ability to sign via e-signature makes the process much quicker and easier. My only area of improvement would be that call quality needs to be addressed. I'm pretty sure the problem was at the call centre end, but as I can't be 100% sure I have still given a 5* rating. The recording system with the automatic pause when giving your card details is definitely reassuring as a consumer.”
