“I wish there was a lower rating. 1 star does not cut it. They are not interested in the right price for you, regardless of having a licence for more than 2,3 years etc. Their staff to be fair was not rude but they simply do not deliver nor tell the truth. On price, it's truly a waste of time, you are absolutely guaranteed you can get a much lower one yourself. There the staff lied to my face, assuring me this was the cheapest price I could get and I trusted them. They are very pushy and I would definitely urge anyone to absolutely stay away from them. They will even try and charge for a request to move the date you want the direct debit to go through even when they have made the mistake of putting the wrong day in the first place. I did get mine changed but not after I had a conversation with them that was not comfortable and felt like a telling off. Keep away from this lot if you can help it. If you there, cancel and go somewhere else, you better off. JT_Honest_Review”

“Their customer service is very poor. No regards to anyone. They wouldn't add someone up because the person is self employed (discrimination of the highest order)”
