“The agent I dealt with was good and helpful. However I was kept on hold for too long and too many times. In total the telephone bill was £15 for this call which is ridiculous. Also when I reviewed the details on my insurance policy - one key detail was wrong. This was even after I had input the correct details on a comparison website and then reconfirmed these details with the agent (racking up an extortionate telephone bill whilst reconfirming). I am still waiting for this error to be rectified and I refuse to phone.”

“The worse company to insure with! You assume your insurance is sorted then months of hassle months of letters with cancellations numerous phone calls no one knows what they are doing they don’t even allow you to carry over no claims bonus points from other vehicles you send in all the required documents and they still can’t get it right. The team doesn’t have a clue what they are doing you as the customer knows more about insurance than them! Worse thing I did taking insurance out with these guys back in November AVOID maybe slightly cheaper but more of a headache!”

“Most companies were wasting my time saying they will call me back with a quote after asking me about a 100 questions but when I spoke to Rupen he had me a quote in minutes and insured very quickly without any fuss and silly time consuming questions. Would highly recommend him if you want a straightforward process.”
