“Polish girl on the phone was one of the best costumer service experiences I had in long time. The long and boring process of renewing all details she managed to do with super positive attitude that made me feel respected and welcome. I wish all people in a phone center would be like here. “The process was done over the phone, normally I would do it online but have recently had a bad experience. The lady was so helpful and pleasant that the whole procedure seemed effortless and a pleasant experience. She was both considerate and knowledgeable on the product she was selling. I would recommend this company to anyone with confidence.”
