“You didn't really. It's more the fact I didn't have Tom pay another deposit on a cheaper policy plus I didn't have to send proof of NCB. Which would've been the same if I renewed with any insurer if I was insured with them”

“Good customer service but the phone line isn’t free and the wait times are long”

“The first two guys I spoke to were not very helpful and were not really listening to my complains or explanation. But the lady that finally arranged my insurance was polite , she listened and was very helpful. Even if I was ready to walk away, she made me go on and take insurance with them.”
