“For a long time, I tried handling everything on my own, but nothing improved—in fact, it just became more stressful and confusing. I eventually reached a point where I felt exhausted and didn’t know which direction to take. Reaching out to them changed that. “Went through policy on the phone and wanted separate policies. Said they would ring back on the Saturday morning when my wife could speak to them. They didn't. Not heard from them since then. I don't see why I should be chasing them, so I will look for a new policy elsewhere.”
