“Telephone sales operator Very helpful, price of public liability insurance very fair , telephone sales operator did what he said he would do with regards to returning phone next day . Operator went through all options and restrictions of insurance, giving me a good idea of what l had brought.”

“Excessive price increases every year are unacceptable. If kept to around 2 or 3 % in line with inflation that would be fair enough, but a near 50% increase is crazy.”
