Very good service. Easy to do and good prices. Lady who I spoke to was very helpful and polite. Will recommend.

The customer service over the phone was excellent when discussing the house insurance quotation, and we were able to find ways to reduce the premium. (However, I am less happy about the apparent postcode loading and the admin fee.)

They were very helpful with enquiries. It was easy to get to talk to a representative. The quote was more realistic for our requirements than other quotes. The only downside was the amount of calls that came through to both my mobile and landline once I had accepted the quote but they were waiting for my money. I had accepted the quote but had at least 2 weeks before it needed paying for. I was then bombarded with calls. They had my word and everything was set up so one courtesy call 48 hours before payment was due would have been enough but they rang every day 3/4 times a day until I was free to pick up the call. It was very frustrating and at one point I was tempted to go elsewhere. I didn’t feel I needed to do anything until payment was due which is why I didn’t respond to the calls.

The main thing was I didn't have to worry about calculating an amount for professional fees and debris removal. The automatic £1m building cover means I will not be underinsured

I booked a call back via the online system and the phone call was received on time. The underwriter, Sarah was polite, efficient and handled my questions very professionally. I was able to arrange cover immediately and all the documentation arrived promptly by e-mail. In summary, quite a painless experience and good to know that well established reputable Insurers underwrite the Scheme.

I recently requested to pay the premium on a monthly basis via direct debit as I explained that I will be moving in three months time. Little did I know that my details would be submitted for credit check with out my permission and I would be asked to sign a credit agreement. A very disappointing customer service.
