“In all honesty, we continue our insurance cover with Intasure to ensure we have the basic covers. But the one and only time we needed 'Intasure' when we had water penetration problems via the roof, our claim was dismissed. Our urbanization in Spain do not cover roof areas of apartments, (Horizontal community spaces). Most do, but ours do not. Do hope, that if ever we need to make a further claim, some hidden 'small print will not be thrown at us!! It is only when you make a claim (and we only claim if essential), that the true colors are shown. So let's hope we can have confidence for the future.”

“I was delighted with the service I recieved when I called. The lady on the other end of the phone couldn't have been more helpful and concise in her delivery and answered all my questions. I didn't have to wait long ( under a minute) before my call was answered and I recieved all the paperwork within the hour by email. Excellent service and I will definitely be using them again.”

“Prompt contact near renewal date, strait forward clear renewal discussion by phone, friendly service. Have insured our Crete Villa through Intersure for quite a few years now, only fly in the ointment , previously renewal premiums have only increased by small amounts but this year it has risen much more. Come next year I will definitely compare the renewal premium with other Overseas property Insurers rates for pro rata cover though I will be reluctant to move because my wife and I have been very happy with the service and cost, let's hope the next renewal premium is competative! Chris H.”

“I had a few queries on the insurance renewal. As the insurance company's telephone lines were very busy, I left my phone number on their system. The company's staff rang back within a few minutes and were very helpful in addressing my query. I was happy to renew the policy with INTASURE”

“I recently renewed my static caravan insurance with Intasure. I had received the renewal notice some time before the renewal date but , as usual, I had misplaced it and forgotten all about it. The company contacted us and simply said that I had not renewed the insurance. I contacted them later that day and had everything up to date in a short time with a minimum of fuss. I have given the company name to several people on the site as I found them to be very reasonable, price wise, and very good to deal with.”
