“pretty efficient - pity spoilt by being advised I could settle full cost by setting up a direct debit and then being told you don't do them only monthly ones!”

“The ladies I dealt with,Sarah and Marina, were very efficient at what they do; you are lucky to have employees like that. I also received a polite message from Limhal. So, I have nothing but praise and thanks as I am not used to getting such service from other UK companies. However, you need to ask me this question again in the extremely unlikely event that I have to make a claim; it is easy to be satisfied with the policy acceptance, but will you pay me if disaster strikes? Will your company be able to finance my claim? I have never had to make an insurance claim before. However, you have a good crew, who were polite and efficient...and, yes, I spent all night reading the small print in the policy wording, so I hope you'll help if I need you.”

“Very helpful with the problem I have trying to cancel a French insurance. French law demands a registered letter and reply 2 months before the expiry date! They are also 30% more expensive! When I am out will move to Intasure. Brexit-can’t come soon enough!”

“You listened to my concerns and tried to explain company policy. I still however don’t understand why, when one has had no claims, the yearly premium still rises. We both know that I can get cheaper similar cover elsewhere but insurance companies continue to give preferential treatment to new clients at, Seemingly, the expense of long term customers G e Bennett”
