“I was very pleased with the way my phone call was handled. I was offered a discount because of my shock to ur admin charge. I didn't realize that it is a one off charge for the yr regardless of how many times I actioned something. I still think the charge is excessive because how many times in one yr wld someone action a change to their policy. Admin charges r usually £20 for each call and modification made and not £50 for not calling up at all. The young lady that I delt with was very Professional, Polite and Helpful but her hands were tied in dealing with the Admin charge. I hope u find these comments useful. Thank you!!”

“Intersure have provided holiday home cover in France for over 10 year. In the event if a claim I've found the customer service outstanding. Therefore when coming across an issue with our main home provider I turned to Intersure. Once again, nothing a problem. Very clear and concise information, polite and courteous operator, cover arranged with one phone call. I question why didn't I use Intersure for our main home before!!! Crazy, won't go anywhere else now.”
