“The agent I spoke to Sirpa, was very knowledgeable, personable, thorough and very helpful. It was also reasonably easy to get through to speak to someone in short timescales and when the call dropped out (I was abroad) I was phoned back, excellent. I was also finding it difficult to find the right policy for my circumstances with out unacceptable endorsements, you had one! The one area where I think there could be improvement is the compliance statements, they are too long, not always required and could be handled differently so that the call time was shorter and the call more punchy.”

“Intasure representative listened to our request, gave a quotation relating to our specific circumstances, completed the agreement & confired by email, all in 20mins over the phone. Oh, she was a human being, with a sense of humour to boot, excellent on the telephone. We suggest she has an increase in salary Chris Morton”

“I found the member of staff I dealt with very professional and helpful. I was also surprised to find that the actual insurance quote beat all the others i had reviewed including the multiple websites.
