“The customer service given by Finlay and Marina were exceptional. I first dealt with Finlay who informed me he was relatively new to the company but any questions I raised were dealt with in a professional and courteous manner. Marina then assisted me with many problems we had to explain and again I was treated with the upmost importance and empathy for our situation. The recommendations I had received from friends about Intasure have been confirmed and we hope to be long term customers.”

“I queried the increase in the building insurance (nearly 10%) having had no claims last year and your very helpful staff member was able to give me a £52 reduction and as a result I increased my contents insurance by £20K and paid roughly the same as you originally quoted for next year resulting in a win win for both intasure and myself.”

“Customer Services were very thorough in working with me to determine my needs by providing prompt and professional information tailored to my circumstances. Being able to manage my policy online ( I life in Cyprus) and have the documents delivered by email was a major bonus. The Premium represented good value for money - I obtained several other quotations.”
