“Efficient & friendly service - good product. What does NOT make me happy is being a customer for 10 + years (without a claim ?) and each year receiving an initial renewal quote at a higher price and having to haggle to get the figure down , Very boring ! You should quote your best price to loyal customers from the outset or they may change insurer "on principle". I also do not like being charged an admin fee / initiation fee for a simple renewal.”

“It has been very easy to have Intasure to insure the contents in our flat in Italy. Our Norwegian insurance company that insures our house in Norway cannot insure contents in a flat in another country. Intasure is the only company that we know about that offer overseas insurance. Both setting up the policy and making annual renewals has been very easy as the Intasure staff has been very friendly and competent.”
