“I moved my two house insurances some years ago, from a company that had changed to 'remote' call centres abroad, to Intasure, which has what I would call a friendly high-street feel. My calls are answered straight away, and business is carried out efficiently and agreeably. And naturally I can understand what everybody is saying! Insurance is one area where misunderstandings could have consequences, as I previously discovered. Many thanks to you all. Sidney Chilton.”
